A Custom LED Backlight Panel with No Visible Dark Border
YIZEE manufactures each custom LED backlight panel from rigid PMMA acrylic to the confirmed project dimensions and shape. This light guide panel distributes LED light across a flat luminous face for custom display backlighting. It is a complete illuminated panel, rather than a bare acrylic light guide plate or a flexible LED sheet.
Conventional light guide panels commonly leave a 10–20 mm non-illuminated border around the perimeter. YIZEE’s edge-to-edge design provides a continuous visible luminous surface without the conventional dark edge.
Round, square, rectangular and long linear formats can be developed for retail displays, display cabinets, branded store fixtures, backlit signs and furniture. Fixed white, tunable white, RGB and RGBW configurations support different display concepts, with dimming or DMX512 options matched to the confirmed design.

Edge-to-Edge vs Conventional Light Guide Panels
Both designs use a PMMA acrylic light guide plate to distribute LED light across a thin surface. The main visible difference is the perimeter: a conventional panel normally leaves a 10-20 mm non-illuminated border, while the YIZEE edge-to-edge design carries the visible luminous surface to the panel edge.

Use a made-to-order illuminated surface behind display graphics, product showcases or branded display features. Fixed-white, tunable-white, RGB and RGBW options let the panel configuration follow the display concept. Where graphics or translucent finishes cover the panel, check their appearance with a representative sample.
LED Backlight Panels for Store Fixtures
For display-cabinet manufacturers, shopfitters and retail fixture builders, the rigid acrylic panel can be sized to the available back panel or fixture opening. Choose a 15mm or 25mm version and provide the mounting clearance, cable-exit position and connection requirements for review. Edge-to-edge illumination is particularly useful when a conventional unlit border would remain visible.
