Q: Is neon Flex waterproof ?

A: All our LED Neon Flex Strips are made from high-grade, IP67, flexible silicone housing, making them fully waterproof and dust-resistant. This allows our customers to use the Neon Flex Strip Lights indoors or outdoors with the peace of mind knowing that their lights are protected.

 

Q: Can you bend neon flex?
A : Never bend the fixture at an angle greater than 15 degrees when installing it into the mounting channels. It is best to coil LED Neon Flex fixtures with the cutting unit marks facing outward for shipping purposes. Don't force the light to bend if you feel resistance. You could damage the internal components.
